On the 8th of March 2022, and in celebration of the International Women Day, Vernewell Management Consultancies announced the first mentorship program under “Vernewell Space For All Womenkind” mentorship initiative. Following Vernewell Management Consultancies’ core value system, various initiatives were created with the aim to add value beyond borders and contribute to the global development targeting various sectors and technologies from Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. Vernewell Space For All Womenkind Mentorship Program aims to empower, guide, and support women in the space sector. The mentorship program is dedicated to women over 18 years of age who just started their careers or ventures in the space sector and those changing careers from the non-space sector to the global space ecosystem.
Vernewell Space For ALL Womenkind Mentorship Program is a for-non-profit four months-program created by Mrs. Malak Trabelsi Loeb, Management Director, to promote growth, support, and guide women throughout their journey in the global space ecosystem. Vernewell Space For All Womenkind Mentoring Program does not only offer guidance, specific counsel, and support to mentees, but it also provides access to knowledge and human development tools.
The formal program combines the one-on-one mentorship sessions with workshops in which the mentees meet and network to exchange ideas, build momentum, exchange insights, and create opportunities.
During the first cycle of the Space For All Womenkind Program, mentees will have the opportunity to be counseled by Vernewell Management Consultancies’ Managing Director, Mrs. Malak Trabelsi Loeb, who has more than fifteen years of international business expertise and leadership, and who is known to be trailblazing women’s access to and growth within the space ecosystem. Mrs. Loeb is on a mission to pave the way for other women who need assistance and guidance to seize opportunities in the growing space economy and overcome the challenges they face in the sector. Mrs. Loeb stated “I like breaking stereotypes about race, gender, age, and other unconscious biases. Today it is time for women and girls to have equal opportunities to access the space ecosystem – and you do not have to be a Rocket Scientist to do so. Aim for the stars; all roads take you to Space!”
Vernewell Management Consultancies leadership strives to achieve such a mission and bring people from various backgrounds under Vernewell’s Galactic Community to create a cohesive digital ecosystem where collaboration, empowerment, and partnership are nurtured while embracing a sustainable cosmic culture. Mentees will also get the chance, during the workshops, to meet surprise guests, who are amongst the leaders in the field to be inspired and learn from the best.
